I am a technology executive with over 20 years of industry experience that includes over 18 years in leadership roles. My expertise lies in developing and leading the execution of IT strategy, building high-performance teams, and driving critical initiatives to improve services and impact business outcomes.

Throughout my career, I've specialized in IT strategy and management, cloud services, infrastructure, integration, information assurance, and oversight of the software development lifecycle. Largest federal employee union, representing over 700K government workers worldwide.

  • Lead a $4M annual IT budget, managing two deputy directors, 15 staff, and consultants, delivering secure IT services to 350+ internal users across 12 locations and applications supporting 350K+ global members.
  • Directed the successful implementation of AFGE E-Dues, a scalable membership platform currently at $2.8M MRR, designed to scale up to approximately $10M MRR.
  • Drive organizational technology strategy including architecture, cloud initiatives, software development, data management, and cybersecurity, fostering a results-oriented, service-centric culture.
  • Established a comprehensive Information Security program based on NIST 800-53 standards, including two-factor authentication, identity federation, SOC/SIEM integration, and infrastructure modernization.
